About Adem Koç

Adem Koç is a passionate chef and host. He used to run the restaurant The Ami in Rorschach, known for its exceptional burgers.

Today, he travels with his mobile fire kitchen - a modular Creasteel fire bowl on wheels - creating creative caterings and inspiring people at street food festivals all over Switzerland.

In his courses, Adem shows you how to perfectly prepare meat, fish, vegetables or pizza on the Creasteel fire bowl - with fun, knowledge and lots of professional tricks.
