Very nicely finished and delivered quickly.
Something went wrong with the delivery, one phone call and the next day the wrong package was picked up and the right one brought. The Creasteel team took care of it immediately and always kept us up to date. The service and friendliness are as perfect as their products.

I'm really enthusiastic and have been reviewing here for the umpteenth time.
Tip: Due to the quality of the products, you will probably have to wait a good 2-3 years for a beautiful rust patina to form. The remedy is what everyone has at home. 1 liter of water, 2.5 dl of vinegar and a good tablespoon of table salt. Mix well and apply evenly (with a sprayer or similar).
You can see the result after one application in the first picture and after the second in the second picture. It takes a maximum of 2-3 days and looks like the pictures.
Rejoice, you have a) chosen the right company and b) a super ingenious product.

The grill tray is really great fun! I really appreciate the inner ring, which is great for 4 people. I've only used this one so far. Thanks to the great air supply (not visible from the outside), nothing stands in the way of optimal combustion of wood or coal. My conclusion: Invest in a Swiss product and you will enjoy barbecuing...

On-site advice, ordering in the store, delivery and the bowl itself are as you would expect from a high-quality product.
We have the 100 mm bowl with the round stand as an accessory. This makes the height perfect for us to work on standing up. We only wanted to grill and cook on stainless steel (for health reasons and because the burning-in and constant maintenance of the patina is too time-consuming for us). The combination of rusty steel on the outside and stainless steel on the grilling surface is therefore perfect for us (the disadvantage of stainless steel is the lower heat conduction, so that the plate can be very differently hot if the charcoal is unevenly distributed).

The chef is delighted with the quality of the Creasteel fire bowl. At the first event on our newly designed roof terrace, he prepared almost everything on the fire bowl, from bruschetti for the aperitif to grilled meat and vegetables to the puff pastry base for dessert.
